About Builder - Sare Homes

After July 2014 till today no work has been done. If anybody want to challenge I have the video I took on July 2014 and can compare it with the current state. SARE never informs the delay unless you ask them. Sare homes in chennai is not responding on handing over the above subject flat which is pending for almost 5 years.
