There has been not light in the lift at H6 block since 3 months in spite of calling the maintenance several times and also informing who ever comes to do service the lift. Even the service engineer seems to be helpless since the management is not providing the lights. Its been around 3.5 years and there is no progress in completion of the project. I had a chance to visit the construction site regularly. For the name sake the buildings are raised up-to some level and left unattended.

More than 4 years still house not handovered to us . Every time when we ask they will say the same reason we are working and they are good builders. You pay a lot of interest and they will not give the house back. Still now no update when they are going to start the construction only option to approach legally. Every time I visit Chennai, I have to go to SARE office and meet Chennai Operations Head to get the progress. He always gives a date which is 3 months from that day of meeting.
Some of my source told me that one higher posted man of builder sit in side the office but they don't allow us to meet him. If some one can give the solution or any advise please come on the social platform and gather the Flat owners to fight collectively. We are paying instalments quarterly at regular intervals. They even don't allow us to see the construction site and it seems that construction has also not completed. They are just accepting DD and making people go round and round without giving any confirm reply.

SARE never informs the delay unless you ask them. Sare homes in chennai is not responding on handing over the above subject flat which is pending for almost 5 years. We are living in rent and it is quite difficult to manage the double expense.
Intial promise it will be handover to us within 18 months. We have promised that it will be delivered with in this date still now it is not handovered to us. No update even from Sare when it will be handovered to us. We are paying lot of interest to bank they will never care about this. We are just a middle class family who have given our hard earned and saved money to these people and waited for 3 year, we don't know how much this forum can reach and how serious these complaints are taken.
But till now no response and site visit is also not allowed from the start of the project, NO customer care and no employee is listening... I have booked my 3 bhk flat in sare springview heights flat number d 504, under subventions scheme. I am paying my pre emi for past 4 years without any reimbursement from your side. Please let me know when are you guys going to reimburse me the pre emi which runs into lakh of rupees. I booked the house before 4 years still not hand overed to us.
We have our loan also approved but every time we are getting fake promises from sare homes. The price of sare homes gurgaon regal ranges from 0 to 0 . I read so many news about sare homes receiving best builder awards in the northern india. Such a reputed builder should show the responsibility to keep the reputation across the india.
