Depending on what aide was on duty, the quality of care could be great or very poor. That is why I am giving this a 3 for a rating. Complained and this situation was immediately addressed though. I do not feel justified in giving them a lower rating because the problems were addressed. I did not see any amenities--that is, if they had any. I only left my room for one hour per day and that was for rehab. I would not recommend this facility to anyone who you love. You put your call light on when you desperately need assistance/help and no body answers it for 30 minutes or longer. The attitude of all the staff (aides, nurses, etc.) is poor. You can tell that they are understaffed and overworked.
